The 2o worst is placed before the worst, so he/she will be upper in the specs list. In case of tie the lower ping has advantage.> If a player leave the match without playing his/her red turn, a spec will actively substitute him/her (will play a turn in red and his/her time will be valid). Otherwise a spec will just complete the blue team.
